Eurovision 2017: Ukrainian attendant moons the show

A man draped in an Australian flag has interrupted the half-time show at Eurovision by jumping on stage, dropping his trousers and mooning the crowd.

A mooning man with an Australian flag draped around his shoulders has made an impression on Eurovision watchers after storming the stage at the song contest in Kiev, Ukraine.

The man circled last year's Eurovision winner, Jamala, jumping up on stage as she sang during the half time performance of the song contest.

SBS Europe Correspondent Brett Mason can confirm the streaker is not Australian, he is Ukrainian Vitalii Sediuk.

As the voting kicked off Sweden have given Australia 10 points but Portugal is soaring ahead.

Correction: An earlier version of this article said the streaker was an Australian.
