Amid an anti-Trump protest in Austin, Texas, which was on Thursday, the unnamed girl hushed the crowd with a powerful speech.

The crowd repeated every word of her message, which included the following: "I am a female. I am mixed race. I am a child. And I cannot vote. But that will not stop me. From getting heard. Love is love. And love Trumps hate."

A video of the speech, which has been re-tweeted more than 9600 times, has received mostly positive comments, with one person describing it as "absolutely brilliant".

Another comment said: "Disgusting to put your child through this. She doesn't understand politics."
