Pop star Cher wows Mardi Gras parade

Pop star Cher had been rumoured to make an appearance during Sydney's Mardi Gras parade and the gay icon arrived on Saturday to the tune of Turn Back Time.

The speculation was true - pop superstar Cher has arrived at the Sydney Mardi Gras parade.

Cher, who is the headline act for the Mardi Gras after party, had been rumoured to make an appearance during the parade and on Saturday night, the gay icon arrived to the tune of Turn Back Time.

The singer sported a bright orange hair and low-cut black top with a silver-embroided jacket as she mingled with fans.
