Isabelle Clarke will represent Australia at the Junior Eurovision song contest in Georgia in November.

Melbourne teenager Isabella Clarke will sing her power-pop anthem Speak Up at the Junior Eurovision contest in November.

The 13-year-old will represent Australia at the contest at the Tbilisi Sports Palace, Georgia, on November 26, the ABC announced.

"I absolutely love Speak Up! To me it's about being able to speak your mind and not be afraid ... I'm now looking forward to performing the song in Tbilisi," Clarke said.
