Wrong Ivanka: Trump mistakes UK woman for his daughter

US President-elect Donald Trump has mistaken a woman from Brighton in the south of England, Ivanka Majic, for his daughter on Twitter.

US President-elect Donald Trump tagged Ivanka Majic of Brighton in England, as "great, a woman with real character and class" instead of, presumably, his daughter Ivanka Trump.

Instead of typing @IvankaTrump, he typed @Ivanka Trump, a woman from England with more than 3000 followers.
Twitter users quickly caught on to the error with New Yorker contributor Ben Taub pointing it out to him.
Mr Trump, Ms Trump nor Ivanka Majic have reacted or responded to the Tweet, which was posted seven hours ago.
