Debate erupts over the timing of Justice Ginsburg's replacement

Ruth Bader Ginsburg, the United States Supreme Court Justice known as a strong advocate for women's rights - has died at the age of 87. Shortly before her death the justice said it was her "most fervent wish" that she not be replaced until a new president is installed.
