After 468 days of war - Israel and Hamas have finally reached a deal to end the fighting and free the hostages. The first phase of the ceasefire is set to begin on Sunday - to give the Israeli government time to formally approve it. Celebrations have broken out across Gaza and in Israel, but doubt still hangs over whether the deal will hold.
