RuPaul is officially coming for Ellen's gig, launching his own daytime talk show.

, the show, simply titled RuPaul, will be a “modern take on the talk format.”

The series description states that the Emmy winner will “showcase his aspirational message with celebrity and newsmaker interviews, along with empowering everyday people to become their best selves. His sense of beauty, make-up and style will make the runway work for everyone."

“Now more than ever before we need a global voice that will help everyday people navigate this unique time in history,” said Ru.

“Not only do I want to be a part of that conversation, I want to help facilitate it.”
RuPaul is set to premiere in June and is being produced by Telepictures, the Warner Bros. production company responsible for The Ellen DeGeneres Show.

Going by the preview, the show will feature its own runway and RuPaul asking his live studio audience to "say love!"

Variety also reports that his good friend and Drag Race judge Michelle Visage is “expected to play a major role.”
