Why is #SAGsowhite?

It's question fans are asking in the wake of SAG (Screen Actors Guild) awards nominations unveil today.
The nominations field fuelled criticism online, for the lack of  black women and women of colour in the film acting categories, despite starring in a flurry of critically-acclaimed roles.

Korean-Canadian Sandra Oh was the only woman of colour nominated, getting a nod in the best female actor in a drama series category for her role in spy thriller Killing Eve.
