Flash mobs may feel like a thing of the past, but there seems to be one golden exception, and we're here for it - same-sex weddings.

Two grooms in the United States pulled off the perfect first dance earlier this year, surprising wedding guests with a large-scale flash mob set to Beyonce’s 'Before I Let Go' and Lil Nas X’s 'Old Town Road'.

Tying the knot in Portland, Oregon, Isaiah and Taylor Green-Jones wanted to make sure their special day was one to remember and Taylor, a dancer, enlisted some friends to help.

“We’d always wanted to do a dance video, but had never made a routine,” he told Good Morning America, with Isaiah adding that they wanted to incorporate 'Old Town Road' “because it is sung by an openly gay black male artist.”
“Everyone was surprised at the wedding," Isaiah said.

"No one knew, so there was a lot of cheering, a lot of yelling. It was great.”
