Like moths to a flame, this week's Batman featuring the Riddler is irresistible for fans of the Caped Crusader.

Riddle me this, Bat-fans: What is black and white and red all over? What has branches and leaves but no bark?

If you answered a 'newspaper' and a 'library', you're on your way to becoming noble protectors of Gotham City. This week on the classic 1966 Batman show, currently airing every Friday evening on SBS VICELAND, Batman and Robin face off against The Riddler who has embraced dripping wax and wax statues as part of his scheme to steal some money while putting an end to the dynamic duo. Never let it be said that multitasking isn't his strong suit.

Each week we like to discuss the episodes that go to air on the companion podcast show BATMANLAND. This week, Dan and Nick are joined by Glenn Ford. He's a life-long comic book fan, artist, and one of the new owners of  - the official Publisher of Phantom comics in Australia.

Like Russell Crowe, we have claimed The Phantom as one of our own here in Australia, so it was great to not only talk to Glenn about the similarities/differences that exist between Batman & The Phantom, but we also got a great insight into the Australian company publishing Phantom comics. The Phantom is, after all, one of the great,  enduring comic book characters.
