Just in time for your weekend viewing, SBS On Demand today launches Chromecast functionality for iOS devices. Now you can stream both your favourite SBS shows and discover new favourites through the SBS On Demand app on your iPhone or iPad and send the video straight to watch on your bigger screen TV.

Chromecast enables users to cast programs from SBS On Demand’s premium international and multilingual library to their TV screens to enjoy anytime, anywhere, and for free.

How does it work?

It's simple. If you have a Google Chromecast plugged into the back of your TV (read more about them ), just open the SBS On Demand app on your iOS device and press the Chromecast button on the top right-hand side of the screen. It will then cast whatever you want to watch on SBS On Demand straight to your TV.
