Join in a Vipassana meditation in this episode of Great Minds. Vipassana can be translated as 'insight'. It's a mindfulness meditation practice that works through self-observation. 'Shanti' is a Sanskrit word that means peace, and yoga teacher Shanti Gowans has been involved in sharing peace and wellbeing for the last five decades. She believes peace is a result of practice. Shanti is the CEO of and author of several books on meditation, yoga, ayurveda and more. She guides three meditations in this series, looking at body, breath and mind.
