Indonesian Council Community (ICC) together with Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia in Sydney held an event called 'Bazar Indonesia 2018' on Saturday 11 August 2018. Taking place at the Addison Road Community Centre, Marrickville, this get-together was a commemoration of Indonesia's 73ʳᵈ Independence Day. Consul General in Sydney, Mr Heru Hartanto Subolo, spoke to SBS Indonesian on this matter as well as his hopes for the Indonesia's 73ʳᵈ anniversary. He was also inviting the Indonesian communities around Sydney to join the Independence Day ceremony which now is an 'open invitation' for everyone.
