Nasi pak is the main offering of Warteg Garam Merica Sydney where all the dishes are blended using native Indonesian spice remaph ingredients and local fresh ingredients.

Using native Indonesian ingredients and fresh local ingredients, Garam Merica Sydney provides an opportunity for Indonesians in Sydney who miss the authentic taste of Indonesian cuisine.

Since opening a few years ago, the menu of these stalls has expanded and all of them are halal certified.
So everyone, regardless of religious background, can enjoy this authentic Indonesian dish.

We talked to Sugiarto Wijono, owner and manager of Garam pepper stall Sydney about the development of his stall.
