Indonesian footballer, Rafael Struick plays for an A-League side, Brisbane Roar.

Dilail Abimanyu had the opportunity to speak with the 21-year-old striker.

He said that he had been contacted by Brisbane Roar for a long time, but Rafael considered joining when his club at that time, ADO Den Haag, got a new striker.

Finally, after being contacted by the club, Rafael signed a contract with Brisbane Roar. Moving from the Netherlands to Australia was like being moved to the other side of the world.

That's what Rafael also felt when he had to be far from his family and friends in the Netherlands.
How can I make my minute? It's just for me to show myself on training and in the matches. So, the most important just show my qualities.

Despite he still focused on football, Rafael said he is comfortable living in Brisbane and sees many exciting things there.

In his first season with the Roar, Rafael did not set any targets, he just tried to play in as many games as possible.
