MUTIGO is an organization that aims to build and improve MSMEs in Indonesia.

Sri Dean spoke with one of its founders, Mr. Budi Waluyo at the Business Forum at the Indonesian Festival some time ago.

Mr. Budi said that MUTIGO has two offices, in Jakarta and in Belgium for the European market. However, because conditions in Europe are considered less conducive, MUTIGO is looking for new markets such as Africa and Australia.

Mr. Budi said that MSMEs in Indonesia generally can only survive for 3 or 4 years, because MSMEs only focus on the local market, and do not want to upgrade their class.
I'm sure Indonesian MSME is good. But, now it's about how they engage their customers.
