The transfer of power to Prabowo-Gibran has raised sceptics of the settlement of past cases of grave human rights abuses


Last week, the Election Commission of KPU RI appointed Prabowo Subianto and Gibran Rakabuming Raka as the elected president and vice president for the period 2024-2029.

A number of concerns were raised, one of which was about the fate of settling cases of human rights abuses in the new government later.
