A global IT outage has affected media around the world, including Australia. The blue screens of death also appeared in SBS offices and studios on Friday afternoon. We asked Sima Tsyskin, who has been SBS Russian's executive producer for many years, if there any cases where technology influenced the course of the air back in the pre-Internet era.
