Karpahavalli Carnatic Music Organisation (‘KV’) was founded in 2007, as an independent organisation that focuses solely on the beautiful art of Carnatic music. Based in Sydney, run by students for students of Carnatic music in Australia. This is the fifth year, KV has organised Vaggeya Vaibhavam, a forum to celebrate Carnatic music composers and their compositions. Subangan Nirmaleswara-Kurukkal, a founding member of KV talks to Kulasegaram Sanchayan about the upcoming event.
