Transgender actress Laverne Cox has revealed her with Beyoncé—as one of the faces of Ivy Park’s AW17 campaign.

“I feel all tingly getting to finally share this beautiful new campaign with you all,” Cox wrote on Instagram. “It's about being free. Listening and moving without any judgment or limitation.”
Cox—who first met Beyoncé earlier this year at the Grammy Awards—told that the experience “doesn’t feel real”.

“It feels like some weird fantasy that I’ve had since Destiny’s Child,” she said.

“It feels amazing that I get to be a part of this brand that has already inspired me and be working with a woman who has especially been a huge inspiration to me and so many folks around the world.”

“Beyoncé is someone who has pushed herself beyond what even she thought she could do,” Cox added. “It’s a sense of becoming a superwoman, and really pushing yourself beyond all measure.”
The new season of Beyoncé’s activewear label also stars South Sudanese model Grace Bol, Haitian born model Ralph Souffrant and 60-year-old choreographer Karen McDonald.
Fans of Cox and Beyoncé have praised the new campaign, including trans activist Janet Mock who tweeted:
