Rocking a figure-hugging purple jumpsuit and blonde wig, the Oscar and Grammy winner earned herself a standing ovation with the rare televised performance, which was broadcast live as part of AGT's grand final.
The Mamma Mia: Here We Go Again actress used the opportunity to promote her new , which sees the star revisit her favourite ABBA tracks.
The talent show extravaganza also included performances from Billy Ray Cyrus, Macklemore, Leona Lewis and Kygo.
